A piano player since the age of 3, Lauren
Gibbs has been writing songs and playing professionally since
the age of 14. She collaborates w/ NYC writer Marc
Hoffman as well as George Karak, (writer of Bon Jovi's
'Runaway'), amongst others. As a musician, Lauren has
played acoustic piano/synth on Lou Reed tracks, as well as on
Susan Werner's debut album 'Last of the Good Straight Girls' on
Private Music/BMG. And for the last several years, Lauren
has worked closely as a vocalist/keyboardist for world-class
bassist and MCA writer, Fernando Saunders. On the
side, Lauren studies piano performance in the Juilliard School's
Evening Division in NYC. She also volunteers monthly
for non-profit NYC organization Musicians
On Call, doing in-room performances for patients at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Read

Federation of Musicians. As an artist, Lauren fits into today's Pop/Adult Contemporary

"AOL Musician of the Week".
